Merchandise / service must be acceptable; illegal & counterfeit items are not allowed.

Vendors / sellers & customers are not allowed to meander the grounds until opening bell- 8am.

Vendors / sellers must be open for business 8am to 3pm.

Vendors / sellers may not discard / leave boxes, packaging materials, unwanted items, anywhere on the grounds including trash receptacles.

Vendors / sellers may park one vehicle at their selling space. If you intend to move your vehicle before 3pm, then you must park in a customer parking area.

Vendors / sellers are not allowed to drink any alcoholic beverage on the flea market grounds.
